[ddots-l] waive profiler in sonar

I am using sonar 4 with caketalking.  In reviewing the tutorial it mentions
a waive profiler.  Unfortunately, I can't seem to loacte it in the audio
options.  Any help would be appreciated.  John Fioravanti
