That's only a midi controler and not an actual synth. You'd have to do it through sonar with something like either sfz or v sampler. I'm pretty sure that neither of those are accessible unless you have at least sonar 5 though.

If you have a keyboard that also has a sampler on it, like the motif, triton, or fantom, for example, you can load samples into the keyboard and play them from there.
