We have had good experiences with the MIDISport interfaces from M-Audio.
There are the MIDISport 2x2, 4x4 and 8x8 units. They connect via USB and
give you MIDI in and out ports. 2x2 has 2 in and 2 out, 4x4 has 4 in and 4
  out, etc.

See http://www.dancingdots.com/prodesc/MIDIEquip.htm and look for the
  heading for MIDISport.

  Hi guys

What are some good midi interfaces suitable for keyboard to Pc connection?
More specifically, for the Motif to the PC?
