Are you sure that the checkbox that says, export automation is checked?

Hi Phil.

OK, I've done that and it worked a treat.

However, when I export as audio for a mix down, that track isn't being 
exported.

I've tried exporting the master bus, and as an entire mix, but that 
particular automated track isn't being included as part of the mix.
