It's a pity the "latest ChangeFSI" seems to be such a problem.
Yes TransFSI could be upgraded in a better way, avoiding clobbering any user changes. Although second thoughts would probably be to "help" people by updating it to new formats handled by the "latest ChangeFSI"...
