Does it absolutely have to be a TrueType font on the Windows side? RiScript 
converts fonts to PostScript and thence they can be installed on a PC.

(If you don't have RiScript, either I or someone else can do the job for you if 
you make the full font available; the version in the Zip file wasn't liked by 
FontEd, which complained that most of the metrics files were too short.)
