A renamer isn't going to work very well to remove characters. I don't want to
rename them I just want to remove the leading seven characters from each
file. A renamer wants to know the name of the file to rename and the name to
rename it too ?
With 3000 files that might take awhile <g>
I've atached a few of the links in a Zip file........ any other ideas would
be appreciated.
