The latest hoax that I found interesting is the Olympic Torch virus.
Supposedly if you receive an email from a friend with "invitation" in the
Subject and you open the email, it opens the "Olympic Torch" which then 'burns'
up your hard drive. To make it even more convincing, the email warning credits
McAfee as having discovered it and says that CNN and Microsoft claim it to 'be
the worst and most destructive virus ever.' You can check out the story at
http://urbanlegends.about.com/library/bl_olympic_torch_virus.htm

As with all virus warnings, check them out first before sending these
messages on...help eliminate some spam!!

But friendship is the breathing rose, with sweets in every fold.
