I think my BrailleNote must have done a reset holding dots 1-2-3 instead of a soft reset. Therefore, I tried downloading the Concise Oxford Dictionary and Thesaurus from Humanware's web site but am not able to.. During the download process, the braille display says, "please wait" and there are the usual progress beeps, but when I check for progress information, the display goes blank until I press the Advance thumb key. It seems that the BrailleNote is stuck even though it makes progress beeps, which mean that the BrailleNote is doing something. I canceled the download, pressed reset, deleted the dictionary file and tried again, but got the same result. Why is this happening and how can I fix it? I've never had problems downloading and reinstalling the dictionary before. Thank you.
