[brailleblaster] Debug configuration setting. Re: Re: BrailleBlaster in command console windows 7

There is a debug configuration setting. Right now the only valyes are 
yes and no, with no being the default. It could be expanded to accept 
the various log levels. A logging calback would then have to be added. 
The default would remain no. In this case only fatal errors would be 
printed, such as errors in parsing or missing tables or files.

The present setup may be good for developoers, but it certainly is not 
good for users.
