while inside the transfer program press alt f to get to the file menu of the bp 
and then press the application key one of your choices will be creating a 
folder.

  As a beginner Book Port user, I am requesting guidance in how to create new 
folders for the Book Port.  I know that new folders cannot be created on the 
BookPort itself.  Thanks.
