It wouldn't surprise me to see some sort of Word file support in the Book
Courier. Even if it was just a case of extracting the text, which I think
could be done without much development, it would be a start and would save
converting everything to txt manually. I don't know what Bookport's support
for Word is like or what it thinks of tables, text boxes, pretty colours and
formatting or drawing layer objects, my guess is not very much...
