Try the settings within Replay AV 8.42. Go to the file menu with alt -f since
you use Window-Eyes. Choose settings. Choose the podcast tab properties. You
can make changes to check for new podcasts at 3 different times of the day.
Like 7 AM, 12 noon and 4 PM. You access this with a radio button with JAWS.
There are some other controls that may require you to use the cursor with the
podcast tab. Review the image I copied for you. It's the podcast tab properties.

Don't automatically check
Check at these times: 7:00 AM 12:00 PM 4:00 PM
Check every: 12 Hours
Also check when program starts
Automatically convert MP3 Episodes downloaded from the Media Guide to iPod
Audiobook format.
OK Cancel Apply Help

If you already know the above options then I am sure Leslie will forward your
message and assist you further. I do not let my computers go to sleep nor
hibernation and I don't have to wake them up. My power settings is to stay
awake all the time.

I know about the run command and how to use it by typing in cmd and then using
command line codes. You do this by pressing start menu and then R then cmd.
