Yeah. That's why I suggest to MR. Garra not to play Lezette Melendez's Forever Yours song on his podcast. Just don't want to see you in trouble with the RIAA man.

Actually, you can't because buying your own CD's doesn't give rights to use them in a radio show of any kind, even a podcast. If you will remember, two or three months ago, RIAA gave Adam Curry a hard time about this very thing. THat's why there's Podsafe Music Network. there are also other sites like Garageband that offer music by indipendent musicians. Most of that music is under a Creative Commons license so it can be used for podcasts and such.
