[bksvol-discuss] validating question

I have just validated my first book, but before trying to upload it I have a
couple of questions. This book was reported as good, but actually I found
hardly any errors. Who determines the rating and how? Since it wasn't my type
of book, I didn't read it entirely through but did a lot of sampling. I am
reading a book right now rated excellent and it is far from it; this is a book
that has already been validated. Thank you. Jill
