Hi Cindy,
The book history doesn’t show the reason that the proofer rejected the book—one
of the problems with the current rejection process. But there is already a copy
in the collection so that is probably the reason it was rejected.

Hi Cindy,
If you are seeing a book on the rejected books queue, then it’s still on the

Are you seeing the “mark as available for proofing” comment in the book

that it shouldn’t have been rejected. I would expect to see it on the checkout
list when staff sends it back.

I was checking the list of reject ed books and found one that said "mark as
available for proofing" I'm working on a book now but when I'm finished I like
to take that have been rejected to see if I can make them acceptable without
too much difficulty; I looked on the Available for checkout list and didn't
find the book; where else would it be?
