I have no idea why no one saw the examples before. I just copied the
pertinent section from the Braille Transcription Manual. It's exactly what
I have sent before. But I'm sure glad everyone is so happy!

Hi Mayrie and everyone!
Oh, Mayrie, that's such good news about this elipsis information being
included in the upcoming revised manual. I don't know whether it was
because I read the instructions you posted to Chanelle with a braille
display for the first time or whether they are actually different examples
you gave this time, but whatever the case, they finally really got into this
thick head of mine. They make perfect sense. I felt before like, "I think
I get it, maybe", but am glad this is manual-ready. I think it will clear
up the confusion that causes this question to be raised from time to time.
I'm glad I wasn't the only one who said the confusion has been cleared up.
