Hi, Cindy!

Use what works for you; TNR and Arial are just the recommendations for 
submitting a scan, but most people can change it in their editing software.  It 
looks like you have the sizes wrong, though.  The tool needs everything 20 pt. 
and under.

12: body of text
20: title (bold)
18: sections (bold)
16: chapters (bold)
14: subsections within chapters (bold)
