Shannon, I have a sort of shortcut that might help you. I use the Windows Scheduler when I get a book to edit. I set it up to load the Bookshare site six days after I take the book. When I see that page open, it reminds me to either renew a book or get off my tail and upload it. If a book will be waiting for a print copy, I set up the schedule to pop up the Bookshare page every six days until I delete the task. I'd forget when each book should be renewed without my little reminder.
