Hi all,
Darrell, that does seem correct. I think, unless I hear from somebody
else, that I'll see if I can check with the submitter and if I can't
get any help, I'll do as you suggest. It wouldn't do any good to put
a TOC in an RTF file related to chapter headings I guess.
