There are two different editions of the book, 1988 and 1989, with different
pagination. If you can give me the ISBN number I can get the book, but I don't
know how quickly I can validate it. First I have to finish one I'm working on,
and, of course, I have to wait for the book to come to my branch. Hopefully
someone else will be able to do it for you more quickly than I, but I'll
request the book in the meantime.
