Hi,

It lets me download and upload books, but I never received the approval Email.
I didn't know I was supposed to wait for one. I did download one book that was
of very high quality, and I did the things that the Web site instructed me to
do with it, and a bit more as well, including running a complete spellcheck.
The only problems were with foreign names.

I must have gotten exceedingly lucky.

Hi, Nancy. Have you been approved as a volunteer yet? After filling out the
questionnaire, you'd be approved, then you'd receive an email with instructions
on validating. That's how it's supposed to work, anyway. When you log on to the
Web site, you should be presented with the volunteer home page. If this hasn't
happened, email
  volunteer@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
and someone will get you started. Take care.

I filled out the volunteer questionnaire, and would be happy to begin
validating books. I didn't see a step-by-step process, though, for properly
validating the book. How would I go about doing this? Or is there some place
on the Web site that I missed?

    Thanks,

    Nancy
