Well, I just made a mess here, so I think I will start fresh tomorrow, I
figured out what I did incorrectly just don't have the energy to fix it
tonight, fighting allergies, and smoke from our wild fires, so not up to
par.

Hi Rose,
No books are not available if they are in the administration queue.
However,
it's possible that the book is either a duplicate, or has been sent back
to
the download page for more editing.
