Do you ask volunteers from where they heard about Bookshare? Are they
current members? New members? People not eligible for membership? Are they
all from one geographic region? Perhaps there is a school or community group
promoting Bookshare somewhere?
Are they, perhaps, and I hate to think this, people who perhaps are trying
to find out what Bookshare does because they feel it's doing something
illegal? I know many of us have run into people who, once you say "scan a
book", immediately believe you're doing something illegal, no matter how you
try to explain it to them.
