Lack of page numbers is not a reason for rejection.  Bookshare has never
required page numbers.  It's not possible to require them since not all
books have them.  However, the staff does ask that they not be deleted if
they do exist.

If someone does delete them, it's still not a reason for rejection.  It
could be a reason for marking the quality as Good instead of Excellent,
though.  Maybe not for a fiction book, but I don't know if you could
consider a textbook Excellent if it doesn't have them.
