If you are using Kurzweil, you can set your own page number and unless you hear a number being skipped, you can assume the number will be correct and you can then fill it in yourself. Sometimes I have had books where I didn't get all of the numbers, but usually there are more pages with the number. I say the more, the better. I also know that until BookShare says it's mandatory, it's still a matter of preference for the individual submitter. Yes?
