Hi Carrie,
Why is it that outsourcers can scan books already in the collection that are
marked excellent and known to be proofread and in beautiful condition, and
replace it with an outsourced copy? This is more than counterproductive and a
waste of work, it's also extremely discouraging. Especially since the
Outsourced books aren't always perfect?
