I have done my share of experimentation, especially with meat. I have made
some great chicken dishes. I use different sauces and spices that I have
around the kitchen. I have made the Thanksgiving turkey for the past two
years. I use a variation on a recipe that I learned several years ago.
This year it turned out especially well. My in-laws were impressed! I just
don't make gravy, because a few years ago I put too much flour in it.
Besides, my husband makes better gravy.
