[bksvol-discuss] Last call for missing pages

I am posting this message 1 more time just in case someone can help.
I am validating Qualitative Research for Education: An Introduction to Theory and Methods by Robert Bogdan copyright 2003
ISBN 0-205-37556-1

Pages 218-219 are missing. I've contacted the submitted and she no longer has the book.
If anyone has access to this book it would be great. Otherwise it will be rejected.
