I agree that text is missing from page 219. Hard to tell about the others--could be illustrations. BUt if those are the only pages missing, since it's doubtful the book will be re-scanned, if you think it's valuable, how about approving it with the caveat in the synopsis? If someone eventually gets the book to supply missing pages they can re-submit. maybe Shelley or Cheryl or Pratik--someone with access to a university library or Interlibrary Loan can obtain the book.
