Could we create some kind of system so it would be possible for a validator to get a message to a submitter even if the submitter did not leave an email address? I am thinking of a mailbox such as
validatortosubmitter@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the name of the book in the title. And make people put some kind of identifier next to their submissions. I personally do not care if they pick a nickname or alias or use their pet's name just so we start to get a handle on what kind of submitting is coming from who (whom?) (Far too late hear and I have been in Manhattan for twelve hours walking all over the place. Dog is exhausted.)

Also please please keep those lists coming from official bookshare so we know what is in step 2 being validated and what is in the admin queue. It just makes me feel more secure and the more secure I feel the more charming and diplomatic I might become (grin).
