[bksvol-discuss] Re: Cypress Point

Thanks, Gerald. I will just hold on to the book and see what happens.

Regards,

Sue,

I think we were all waiting to see if the person who downloaded the book for
validation would reply to your message. It's possible that they still may
because not everyone reads their e-mail more than once a day, if that often.

Sorry about your not being able to renew the book that you spent time
cleaning up. There's not really anything that can be done by us on the
list, though, unless the person who downloaded it reads your message and
chooses to release the book back to you. That is if they haven't already
uploaded it for approval.

HTH

Gerald

I think it was submitted by the ever present "a bookshare.org volunteer" but

not positive. I have never submitted anything before since I do not scan.
Thanks, Cindy. No one else has answered my post, not even John Glass.

If no one on the list has answered your question, then
someone not on the list must have the book and be
working on it. It isn't in the administration queue
that's part of Marissa's list of Aug. 4. I'd suggest
submitting the one you have and weren't able to
upload. It will then go on the download list, and you
can download it and upload your validated copy with a
not in the comments section explaining what's going
on, so Gustavo will know that you didn't just validate
your own scan but this was what was validated before
your computer crashed. Do you happen to remember who
submitted it? If so you could mention that, too, so
that person gets credit.
