Are you folks who experience all these crashes and difficulties with k1000 doing the following:
1. keep your re-cycle bin empty 2. run disk clean to get rid of unwanted files including temporary ones 3. run disk defrag particularly after doing a lot of scanning4. have only k1000 open and not other programs when working on a very long file.
You may very well be doing all this. Do you have a good deal of memory? Just a few ideas. Forgive me if all these are old hat.
