Appendices are not considered core content, so you can do it or not, as you decide. If it were me, I would do it. But it's totally up to you.

I have a book I would rather like to submit, but I have a question. Appendix 3 has a list of dates for certain things. The way it comes out, one would need to totally rearrange it.
