I think a raw scan is wrong as long as the rates are as they are. I
don't think it is fair for someone to send up a raw scan, even if that
person says so up front, doing no work on it. I think this work should
all be done with integrity and I don't think that is integrity. I
guess that is because I have countless things I could put up that I
won't until I've made sure they are scans I would like to give
someone. And I can see not going through one with a fine toothed comb
and saying so, but to not even read a single bit of it and send it up
that way is just wrong ... and not to say that you've done that is
just "wronger!"
OK, I usually don't rant. Must be about time for me to go back to
school. <Giggle>
