[beports] deleting information (WAS Re: [RFC] Patch for gnulib's stdbool.h)

I think it might be helpful to keep patches like this in the repository.
They can be a very good reference when porting other software. Most of
the information should be in the PortLog however. Old PortLog entries
should not be deleted either.
