Hello all.
Apologies for my absences. This is due, in some part, to not being on at the
same time or otherwise not catching the people I need to do joint posts with
(Penny, maybe we could try it in FB PMs sine we never seem to be on AOL at the
same time?). I'm going to be working on that.
My other problems are my day job, which stresses me the hell out on a daily
basis. Then there's also my professional writing career which I am slowly but
surely getting off the ground. I'm in the middle of my fifth book write now,
and honestly, when I feel that creative spark, I dedicate it to my book.
I do still want to take part in the sim and as I said, I'm going to work on
being more involved and available. Might not happen this week, unfortunately,
as I've been very sick and have been spending most of my time in bed with a
temperature of more than 100. I'm hoping my fever breaks soon, because I have
zero energy for anything and feel like crap all the time.
My characters are as follows:

I'm here, but there's a bit of an issue. Simply put, a JP was not
completed (by the GMs) back in (I think) 2008-2009, wherein my character
named Talea Erridim (and Travis (Roettger)'s, named Walker Ranger) were
to depart the ship for Regellian space for an unspecified reason. The
reason was simply that Talea, being one of the few of her Clan /not/ in
jail, was promoted ex post facto to the post of (Lady) Laird for the
purpose of closing out her Clan. Really serious business, I think you
will agree! I will not be bringing Talea back except as a "guest star"
type char, and Walker? He'll not be directly referenced at all.
Had three different possible characters (also sent to the GMs along with
a beginning of a post-draft) as potential replacements for Talea; I
still have the bio files and the draft should anyone be able to help me
with the transitional.
Be aware that a /lot/ has changed here IRL. I now have a 14-month old
son, for one. My step-daughter is in school, and that complicates
matters for one reason: We're getting up @ 5:15-5:30am every weekday
morning to get her ready for the bus (at 6:40am). Even when she is taken
to school by the neighbor, that only gives us roughly 15 minutes extra
sleep. Getting 5 hours of sleep a night for weeks on end is not fun, folks!
Assistance is requested, please.
