Geez, don't do that unless totally necessary.  Your files are probably fragemented into quarks by now.  Run a defragger to make some space on your hard disk.  Look up Windows XP help or Google "+defragmentation +Windows +(tools|utilities|programs) +(free|open source|freeware|shareware)".
