He knew. He was being THAT vulgar. As was crusty old
M.E.G., I presume.
I like going to the restaurants where the after dinner
mints have my name on them. Then I tell people "you
can only have chocolate if it has your name on it" and
repossess the Terry's chocolates from the non-Terrys.
