As far as giving blood goes, I've learnt the hard and painful way that on=

of the best things you can do is to drink 2-4 litres of water in the 24=20
hours before the donation.=20
Between that and a bit of "readjusting" by a little muscle manipulation=20
man, turned me from not being able to give my full 400mL (or so), to bein=
g=20
able to do so, and in 10 minutes, not 15!=20
Chocolate hasn't had any effect on my donations ... but I guess I don't=20
eat dark chocolate.=20
