There will ALWAYS be recruiters trying to get a lot for a little and there
will ALWAYS be tech writers that will take a little for a lot.
Until those tech writers change, it will always be the same.
Such is life.

Technical Writer - 3mth contract -

You must possess a demonstrable understanding of Plain English writing
principles. Experience in usability review processes is also highly
desirable. A demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all
levels within a company is essential. Experience within a dedicated
software development environment is also desirable. The successful
applicant will have a degree qualification in Management,
Communications, Computer Science, or related discipline from a
recognised tertiary institution. Alternatively, relevant industry
experience in a related role may also be deemed acceptable.
All this for the princely sum of $33 per hour..
