Actually, not a !Printers bug but a UniPrint bug since the path is set up correctly for other drivers after loading !Printers. Basically, when you load !Printers and UniPrint is your default printer, then the essential "Printer$Path" variable contains "null:" instead of the correct UniPrint path. It works for other drivers, so this must be a UniPrint-specific problem. So, you either need to take this up with R-Comp or get used to first clicking on the UniPrint icon once before trying to print. If you forget, nothing bad happens, you will see the error, then all you have to do is click on the icon and then printing works when you try again.
