Typical media, saw it first on a ticker tape then a second and then 1 actual 30 second blurb, and 45 minutes later everything was gone, not even a redaction, just gone. Gotta love first to air wins....

Yup, his speculation based on historical precedent. AS no-one knows what happened at this stage I'd not read anything into the statement.

I think I saw the source--they asked Tory Bruno as part of a bigger
interview about OSIRIS-REx how long it was going to take SpaceX to
get flying. Seeing as how he probably doesn't know any more about
what the actual root cause was than the rest of us, he just cited
how long these things can take historically. I don't think he was
trying to make a definitive statement, or spread FUD. Just trying to
give historical numbers since he didn't have data to make a more
accurate estimate.

Yes.  A specific amount of time they'll be grounded would imply

No, it's probably just unfounded speculation on how long they'll be
grounded.

Canadian media outlets are reporting that SpaceX is grounded for

Is this an FAA grounding or self imposed and no matter which one
can
they survive losing that much business?
