flying. Seeing as how he probably doesn't know any more about what the
actual root cause was than the rest of us, he just cited how long these
things can take historically. I don't think he was trying to make a
definitive statement, or spread FUD. Just trying to give historical numbers
since he didn't have data to make a more accurate estimate.
