The question is where to find it :) In what ways i1 Display 2, which still can be found in sale, is not so good as Pro?
The two instruments are not comparable. The Eye-One Pro is a spectrometer (that means it splits the light up into 30 or more narrow wavelengths for measurement, and can then combine those measurements in software any way needed), and can measure emissive and reflective samples. The i1 Display 2 is a colorimeter (that is, it has 3 filters that mimic the standard observer sensitivity curves), and can only measure displays. Graeme Gill.
