Hi,
by "header" do you mean TID ?
I think the problem is the label text. The target guide says
"Strip numeration can be contained within the white area of the
Start Bit but must be of small font and printed using the
identical CMY proportions", but this seems to be wrong,
as even when I made the text grey and very small (3mm), it still
stopped it working for many rows. I'll change it to 2mm,
but it does seem to help to read it backwards.
You could try erasing or dimming the text in the .tif file
before printing, or whiting it out on the print, to see if
that works around the problem.
