[aravis] Aravis 0.2.0 in sight

Hi,
After almost 3 years of development, I guess it is time to start a
series of stable releases of aravis 0.2.x.
In this series, only bug fixes will occur. API breaks are forbidden .
New features and eventual API breaks will happen in the 0.3.x series,
which will be installable in parallel with a 0.2 version.
So it's time to complain on the current API, before I do the release of
aravis 0.2.0, which should happen in early september.
