Arachne at FreeLists---The Arachne Fan Club!

Sam,
I assume, maybe wrongly, that Brian
had used the wizard when he setup the new
A190J1 version. The wizard only worked for
Brian after Christopher at VCN told him what
the answers were to the Wizard's questions.
If you would like to write a manual on how to
answer the Wizards questions, I'm sure it would
be received with open arms. I, personally, find
trying to communicate directions by e-mail
very demanding, difficult, and time consuming.
It seems that at least a half of e-mail directions
are misinterpreted by the receiver and have to
be rephrased. And the person trying to help is
always exposing himself to criticism and
harassment from those who are lurking and
just waiting for someone to expose himself.

Eric
