Just include the arachne.cfg files directly in your emails. No
attachments means no attachments. If you need to send someone
a zip file or binary then send it to them at their personal email
address and not to the whole list.
Many list members are on dial-up accounts and attachments can be cumbersome.
Some ISP's don't allow attachments and will bounce emails with attachments
back to the list moderator and then he has to deal with them. It's
annoying.
Ask yourself the question "Does everyone need to see this file?"
