Since then I don't have alot of thread breaks so you might want to look at increasing the start value on the auto feed to see if that helps you. I don't have my machine hooked up to my computer right now but I think it is under tools where you set that value. Try that and I also make sure I use Poly thread and no Rayon as Rayon will break a ton in my machine.
